Our title only product was developed for our bank customers and others that do not require settlement services but need the protection of title insurance.
FOUR WAYS TO ORDER:
We have four ways to place your orders with Clear Title Nationwide, Inc. You can fax, email, online or just call. Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order.
REQURIEMENTS:
After settlement, you must return a collateral package within 24 hours that includes:
- ORIGINAL signed Deed of Trust/Mortgage and ALL rider/affidavits, if applicable
- A signed HUD Settlement Statement
- Payoff letters for all loans/liens/judgments being paid off at closing
- Lender’s closing instructions
- Transfer Deed, if applicable, along with the required transfer form, exemption form, or exemption code from the county. Please contact us at title@cleartitleinc.com with any questions.
- Copy of FINAL INVOICE. Please contact us before you are ready to disburse to request a updated invoice.
- Check for title and recording fees.
As soon as we receive recorded Deed of Trust/Mortgage, we will prepare the final title policy and forward to the lender.
