Thank you for expressing interest our Closing Vendor and Attorney network!

All closing vendors within your company must email/fax the following documents as verification to items in their application, or as additional information, to Clear Title Nationwide's Closing Vendor Department at agents@cleartitleinc.com or (913) 451-3649.

Required Vender documents:

• Copies of State License and Certification
• Errors and Omissions Insurance and Policy number
• Copy of resume or Business Pamphlet
• The W-9 Form faxed to (913) 451-3649
